Please read these terms carefully before using the dt222 platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the dt222 platform and its users. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you fully accept these terms.
General Provisions & Eligibility

- One account per person: Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the funds held may be forfeited.
- Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- Password security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. dt222 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.
- Update contact details: If your mobile number or email address changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
- No third-party access: Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification (KYC)
dt222 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as required. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal or in cases of suspicious activity.
Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:
- National ID card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (a recent utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, dt222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account or place a hold on withdrawals.
Payments, Bonuses & Fair Play
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
dt222 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through popular mobile banking and financial services in Bangladesh.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (applicable to all payment methods).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Before processing a withdrawal request, dt222 confirms that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and account verification is complete. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Warning: Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is prohibited. Only your own funds may be deposited into your account.
dt222 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transaction. If money laundering or financial fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
dt222 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these general terms.
Welcome bonus terms:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
- Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
General bonus terms:
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, dt222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- dt222 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

- Chargeback fraud: Wrongfully filing a chargeback claim against a legitimate transaction.
- Minor access: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.
- Third-party funds: Depositing or placing bets using another person's money.
Account Suspension & Closure
dt222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents.
- As directed by law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In that case, the verified balance will be returned, though terms relating to bonuses will continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
dt222 does not accept liability in the following situations:
- If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
- If account credentials fall into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
- Issues relating to third-party software or services.
- Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or legal restrictions.
Online gaming carries financial risk. Participation on dt222 is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
